    糖炒栗子和烤红薯

    金秋的颜色格外分明,阳光带着干脆的爽利微醺地在树叶的空隙中跳舞,即使舞到了眼皮上,也褪去了夏季的刺眼和炙烤,变得温和起来,再晚上一点,空气开始有了树叶微微的干燥焦气,再加上烤红薯和糖炒栗子充彻的甜丝丝的味道,这个季节值得流连忘返。

    馋的时候,只要在街上看到有卖烤红薯的小贩,我都一定会买上一块,块头不能大,否则很难烤透,口感会又硬又柴;我喜欢按上去软软黏黏的,外皮又要有韧性,掰开一块,金黄色的内瓤烤到流出甜甜的糖浆,冒着热气的红薯又甜又糯,在稍带寒冷的秋天足够让人感觉到温暖和幸福,甚至连外皮我都会毫不犹豫地吃掉。如果你肯尝试,就知道那种甜绵的口感实在令人难以割舍。

    糖炒栗子则是另一种带来幸福感的零食,看着油亮亮的栗子在大锅里被卖力地翻炒。冒着热腾腾的蒸汽被倒入大盒子中,上面再盖一层棉被。一般的摊位都有三种不同大小的栗子出售,我偏爱个头最小的那种,因为甜度最佳,小贩熟练地把栗子装在一个棕色的牛皮纸袋中,抱在手里暖烘烘的,快快走到趁热吃,再喝上一杯热茶,秋季略带寂寞的清冷夜晚就这样变得甜美热闹起来。
